Rosary Medical Center’s Diagnostic Imaging Department
offers a full spectrum of state-of-the-art exams, including CT
scans, mammography, ultrasound (including Doppler studies), bone
densitometry, diagnostic radiology (X-rays), nuclear medicine,
and a high field MRI service:
CT Scans
State-of-the-art
multislice computed tomography (CT) scans are available
for studies of the head, spine, abdomen, and pelvis as well
as
for biopsies and intervention techniques.
MRI Services
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) provides noninvasive scanning
for diagnosis of conditions including brain tumors, central nervous
system disorders, chest and abdominal problems, and musculoskeletal
disorders.
Nuclear Medicine
Nuclear medicine exam techniques are used for brain, bone, lung,
heart and other studies.
Ultrasound
Our Diagnostic Imaging Department offers obstetrical, abdominal,
gynecological, and vascular ultrasound exams, including Doppler
studies.
Mammography
We offer
screening and diagnostic Mammography as well as breast biopsies.
