The Sports and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation team consists of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, physical therapist assistants, and athletic trainers. S.O.R. has enlisted the help of St. Luke’s Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Services of Boise, Idaho to enhance our services. SLIERS is providing management and staffing assistance to meet Holy Rosary Medical Center’s needs. With these combined efforts, we look forward to contributing to patient care as a valuable member of the Southeastern Oregon/ Southwestern Idaho border communities. We have 2 convenient locations with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment. Our professional staff is highly skilled and trained in the latest therapy procedures for rehabilitating the people in our community. We believe that working closely with patients and their physicians is the only way to reach the successful results we are dedicated to achieving.

• We bill virtually all insurance companies including, but not limited to, Blue Cross, Regence, Aetna, IPN, Primary Health, Medicare, Medicaid, OMAP, workman’s compensation, and automobile claims.
