Speech-Language Rehabilitation
Our speech-language pathologists focus on improving the communication
and swallowing functions of people from all age ranges, including
infants. When children suffer from speech/language delays,
they are at risk for academic and social difficulties. Children
who are diagnosed with failure to thrive, stuttering, speech
and/or language delays, developmental delays and swallowing
disorders can benefit from speech pathology intervention.
In addition, our speech-language pathologists help adults who
suffer from stroke, traumatic brain injury, dysphagia, dysarthria
and stuttering. Treatment can help adults regain communication
skills and improve swallowing safety.
S.O.R.'s Speech-Language Pathology staff can assist you with
communication and swallowing skills, so that you may enjoy a
greater quality of life.
